We're currently looking for a part time OfficeAdministrator to join our busy team at Johnston Ebbett where we represent Kia, BYD, GMSV, and Holden franchises at a modern dealership facility.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years' proven administration experience. While previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded, a strong background in general administration is just as important.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Accounts payable and receivable
Vehicle administration
Distributor claims
Processing warranty receipts
Supervising site maintenance
NZTA processing
Various other responsibilities crucial to site operations
