Churton Hart & Divers Limited have been practising law in the greater Auckland area for over 100 years. We pride ourselves on providing quality service to all of our clients, many of whom have been with us for decades.

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our small, busy and friendly team in Highland Park.

Responsible for a broad range of duties including conveyancing and a variety of other interesting legal work, this would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their experience base and advance their career.

To be considered you will need to have 1-2+ years experience in a law office.

Previous Trust Accounting experience or familiarity with Actionstep would be a strong advantage, however is not essential as additional training can be provided.

You'll also need to have excellent oral and written English communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, a positive can-do attitude, and strong organisational skills to succeed in this role.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. An immediate start is available.
