We have a fabulous opportunity for the right applicant to take on responsibilities whereby you will be fully managing all aspects required for the effective management of a commercial portfolio. Properties included are wide ranging and include retail, industrial, and commercial office.

As the Commercial Property Manager you will be collecting/monitoring rental building expenses, conducting property inspections, negotiating rent reviews, managing tenant/owner fit outs, negotiating and monitoring maintenance contracts. Preparing monthly owner reports and preparing annual operating expenses and liaising with contractors, consultants and Solicitors will be part of this busy role.

Applicants will preferably have prior experience in property management, either commercial or residential, with proficiency in using property management software for tasks such as rent collection, lease management and maintenance. Ideally, but not a prerequisite you will also have a solid understanding of the Property Law Act, ADLS lease documents and Unit Titles Act.

We also welcome applicants with a background in other service related roles who have a strong interest in real estate.

Core skills we require will be your willingness to provide a hands-on approach to daily operations, proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, excellent time management and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised and the ability to work effectively and confidentially when under time constraints.
