We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Practitioner to join our team as HR Business Partner based in our Christchurch office!

About the role:

In this role you’ll drive positive change throughout all levels of the business to ensure the provision of timely, consistent, coaching, advice is given to our people leaders. You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries for your area of responsibility. This includes performance management, induction, employment relations, recognition and reward, leadership development and change management. Must have previous NZ Employment experience within HR realm.

About you:

As an experienced HR Practitioner, you’ll bring with you:

  • The ability to influence and constructively challenge others.
  • Outstanding people leadership skills.
  • You will have good working knowledge across all areas of HR and your strong communication skills will allow you to form solid relationships across all levels of the business.
  • You will have demonstrated ability in managing and supporting the delivery of HR policies and procedures, as well be able to drive and manage a range of projects.
  • Excellent conflict and resolution management
  • A flexible approach to working
