Madison Recruitment is partnering with Ricoh New Zealand, a global leader in print technology and digital solutions, to find a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator. This role plays a key part in managing Ricoh’s All-of-Government (AoG) print services contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless contract execution. About the Role
This is a full-time, Wellington-based position where you will be responsible for contract management from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Ricoh’s internal teams and MBIE to ensure smooth contract execution, accurate reporting, and compliance with AoG agreements. Key Responsibilities
Review and process Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure compliance with AoG agreements.
Load and manage contract details in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee spend and SLA reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaise with MBIE, sales teams, and finance to ensure a smooth process from contract approval to invoicing.
Provide guidance to account managers on contractual requirements and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in managing contract data.
Patience and excellent communication skills to support account managers and ensure compliance.
Ability to work with financials, ensuring correct contract inputs for invoicing.
A process-driven mindset, comfortable navigating structured frameworks and policies.
Previous experience in contract administration or a similar role is ideal.
