We have an exciting newly created Administrator - Sales & Retention role at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland within our Marketing team to support sales and marketing functions. A Sales and Retention Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimising new lead-generation and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an organisation.
If you have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a background in sales & marketing then this is the role for you! This is a Permanent Part-Time position for 20 hours per week.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Set up, configure and maintain the CRM system according to the organisation's needs and improve and optimize CRM processes.
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the CRM as well as user support.
Utilising the market mapping data and CRM to schedule potential sales opportunities within our pipeline development.
Oversee data integrity, accuracy, reporting needs, and optimise data visualisation within the CRM database.
Integrate the CRM system with other applications and systems used within the organisation.
Work with relevant roll players to implement customer solutions or enhancements to meet specific business requirements.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their CRM needs
