About the role:

Due to the departure of a valued team member, we have the exciting opportunity for a phone based Sales Executive to join our team based in Christchurch.

As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximizing conversion of incoming leads and driving sales. You will negotiate sales for our customers, while delivering top notch customer service, to deliver them the best outcome.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Contacting and qualify all incoming leads with a focus on maximising data collection, to create great listings, and maintain a high conversion of leads to listings.
  • Conducting outbound calls, sending emails and SMS messages to prospective customers.
  • Responding to customer requests quickly and efficiently
  • Using probing questions to effectively identify customers' needs and preferences.
  • Addressing objections that customers might have against using AutoFlip and convert more leads.
  • Maintaining constant contact with all converted leads to keep them engaged and trusting in the AutoFlip process.
  • As your listings close, use you negotiating skills to close sales by educating buyers and sellers.
  • Reaching out to people who have not expressed interest in the company's services to win them over.


As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for making inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
