We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and step up as a Senior Service Facilitator in the Southern Team!! As a senior member of the team, you will help drive operational efficiencies by guiding and supporting team members and leading shifts.
Sample of responsibilities:
Coaching and providing guidance to Service Facilitators alongside the Team Leader and Manager.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team.
Developing and implementing achievable timelines to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Essential skills:
Strong organisations skills to give the team direction.
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to solve complex issues.
Able to promote and demonstrate Healthcare New Zealand values.
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm based in our Albany office.
