Our Client:

The Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in stock management, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing the dispatch and receipt of goods. You'll also have the opportunity to promote and upsell new products and services, contributing to sales growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock of gas and welding products
Provide assistance to customers with product queries and services
Handle the dispatch and receipt of goods
Promote and upsell new products and initiatives
Adhere to safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Hourly Rate:
$26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
Skills and Experience Required:
Attitude over experience: If you bring a positive, motivated attitude, full training will be provided
Strong customer service skills
Reliable transport
Confidence in promoting and presenting products
Intermediate computer skills for stock and sales processing
A solid focus on safety and adherence to health and safety regulations
