Based at the Auckland office, this is an exciting opportunity for you to take on the role of National Clinical Sales Support Specialist reporting to the National Sales Manager (Wellington based)
The territory is across New Zealand supporting the 5 Account Managers
Two nights away a month approximately (flying in and out to eg Wellington and Christchurch) plus day trips across the upper North Island eg Hamilton/BOP/Whangarei
Face to face visits to Hospitals (across all areas eg Theatre to Wards) & private sector clients in the Care sector (Nursing Homes etc)
Tasks
Provide clinical support to a wide range of clients in the clinical/care setting; this includes commercial sales support and clinical education
Deliver training in product use by eg the inhouse customer portal and/or by face to face.
Using training packages
Identifying new training opportunities
Ensuring the customers’ needs are met – involves close liaison with the relevant Account Manager
Assessing the needs of clients (whether they have enough equipment /the gaps) and reporting on Insights and Outcomes, a partnership
Internal company collaboration with teams and management, attendance at AUS/NZ joint annual Sales Conference
Health & Safety and Quality Management
You
Acute care medical knowledge essential
An interest in Health Education delivery ie you will be able to deliver training at all educational levels to Surgeons, Nurses and theatre staff, as well as Nursing/Managers in the Aged Care market
A Clinician eg past Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, with an understanding of the sales process as you will have your own sales budget, ie commercial experience would be favourable
Be comfortable using technology
A collaborative, professional candidate with a high level of business acumen
