Bayleys Remuera has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who has a strong administration background (previous real estate experience is preferred) to work alongside a high-achieving, results-driven residential sales team who specialize in marketing residential properties in and around the central suburb of Remuera.

This role is very much a PA role but a big part of the success of this business is driven through marketing and providing exceptional customer service to an extensive database of clients, managing the campaigns ensuring that every little detail is taken care of. This PA role is very busy, multitasking and juggling priorities is a regular occurrence. Bayleys has lots of systems and processes in place and a great CRM system (Property Suite) that allows you to keep track of everything, and training will be provided.

To assist the team, you will:

  • Prepare submission documents and follow the process which involves organizing signage, advertising, photography
  • Work closely with the salesperson to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and the buyers and vendors are communicated with regularly and professionally
  • Ensure material is ready for open homes
  • Prepare vendor reporting
  • Manage social media and personal promotion marketing
  • Use the CRM system to manage the campaigns
  • Be prepared for the unexpected and thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and inclusive.


This role will appeal to someone who has great computer skills and who likes to be super organized to allow this successful sales consultant to keep going at 100 miles an hour without having to worry about any of the administration, which is critical to the success of their business.
