An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.
In this role you will be the friendly face of our branch responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, as well as providing general administrative support.
Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar role, as well as proven ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
Confident computer skills
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Strong time management, organisation and high attention to detail
An outgoing, bubbly personality, a positive attitude and friendly disposition
The ability to keep calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
Experience with Google G suite and Microsoft Office is preferred but not essential
The position is available for an immediate start, and involves working 40 hours a week 8:30am - 5pm.
