The Role:
We’re seeking a detail-driven Junior Events Manager to grow with us. Whether you’re a recent graduate or pivoting careers, this role offers a pathway to leadership in the events industry.

You’ll:

Master end-to-end event execution: menu planning, quoting, staffing, and venue coordination.

  • Lead teams onsite at high-profile corporate, government, and cultural events.
  • Develop strategic client relationships and problem-solve in real-time.
  • Work alongside mentors who’ve shaped their careers in Wellington’s dynamic events scene.


You Bring:

  • 1+ years in hospitality, customer service, or transferable skills (e.g., project management, arts admin).
