About the Role:
This role is about more than just managing food and beverage services. It's where you will demonstrate your creative flair for developing promotions, at the same time as your business brain takes control of budgets, stock and wages. You will dazzle with your cocktail skills and wine knowledge, whilst taking the lead on developing the next generation of passionate F&B professionals.

Is This You?
This role will suit you if you can demonstrate supervisory experience, ideally within hotels and are serious about a leadership role with a future. A Current GM License and LCQ Certificate will be required or your ability to attain and it's important you are flexible for shifts including weekends.

You'll enjoy full time, 40 hours per week, a supportive team and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands.$27- 31ph.
