Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials to various locations in a timely and safe manner
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and receipts
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
• Respond promptly to road incidents and emergencies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups

Requirements

• Valid Class 4 and 5 HT licence with a clean driving record
• Confident operating at 18 speed manual road ranger gearbox
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including trailers and trucks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbing
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
