Haka House Hostels have a rare opportunity for a Hostel Manager who is motivated to deliver an exceptional guest and people experience. An opportunity to grow and manage a small team of talented people, this role will suit someone with an exceptional eye for detail and who is not afraid to get stuck in leading by example.

Our ideal candidate will have…

3+ years hospitality experience
Management experience
Operations experience a plus
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
Excellent time management & communication skills
Ability to prioritise and train your team accordingly
Passionate about travel & Aotearoa
Passionate about sustainability
Sound knowledge of understanding revenue and rates
Experience in the youth market
Exceptional attention to detail
