About the Role
We are looking for your skills in parking enforcement and contract management to ensure our parking services policy, including standards and performance criteria are understood and met.

You will lead the Parking Services team, ensuring good coordination of workloads which fit with the required coverage of the service, and working with the Parking Operations Lead to ensure that our people get the support and development they seek. You will also be responsible for the implementing the use of exciting new modern methods, tools, and technology within the Parking Services team.

This role will see you working closely with external agencies, i.e. Ministry of Justice, Police and the New Zealand Parking Association to ensure compliance, effective partnership, best practice and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for the operational parking activities, and develop budgets and reporting for the Parking Service. There will be a key relationship to manage with our Transport team for the delivery of parking enforcement across the City.

About You
This role will draw on your ability to inspire people to be their best along with your good understanding of court procedures and the legal system, as well as financial acumen. It is important that you possess excellent communication skills and be skilled managing resources and implementing solutions.
