Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the Role
Supports the achievements of Westpac’s strategy by working with internal stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, and communicate requirements for a virtual platform automation project.
Manages and represents requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
Facilitates communication between the stakeholder community and technology teams to ensure virtual workload automation requirements are elaborated, validated, and understood.

Manages and represents requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
Facilitates communication between the stakeholder community and technology teams to ensure virtual workload migration requirements are elaborated, validated, and understood.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

  • Background in technical project management with exposure to/understanding of Virtual Platform as a Services.
  • Experience with platform migrations in the Kubernetes/OpenShift envrionments
  • Experience with program/project life cycle.
  • Experienced with Agile delivery methodology including working with product owners to develop and refine user stories and assist with backlog management.
  • Streamline processes and supporting documentation when delivering to stakeholder requirements.
  • Facilitation experience, including workshops, presentations, user acceptance testing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with Virtual Machine Migrations.
  • Experience with virtual platform tooling replacements.
  • Ideally with banking experience
