  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (or 8.15am-4.45pm).


About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Store Person to assist with the management of inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations in an engaging and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock organisation, inventory accuracy and warehouse housekeeping.
  • Verify received stock against purchase orders and vendor documentation.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or damages to relevant teams.
  • Prioritise incoming stock and store it efficiently.
  • Handle delivery paperwork and coordinate with Finance.
  • Arrange domestic and international freight, including return documentation.
  • Pick, pack, check (accuracy/QC), and dispatch orders.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely.
  • Assist with crating and packaging machinery.
  • Ensure warehouse supplies are maintained, and stock is correctly labelled.
  • Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and annual stock takes.
  • Create and process stock transport orders for regional branches.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, or logistics role preferred.
  • Confident and clear communication skills – both in person and via email.
  • ERP system experience essential (SAP preferred but not essential).
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Current Forklift License (Reach truck license required, but training can be provided). If your FL License has expired, the employer can arrange. DL required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Reliable and hardworking, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Physically fit and strong – heavy lifting is required.
