About the Role
- Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Hamilton team. As our successful Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our small and talented team and will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from external and internal customers.
- Professionally handling customer enquiries, offering solution-based support.
- Providing quotes, processing orders and providing support to our sales team.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm role, based at our branch in Melville.
About You
This position plays a pivotal part in our organization and as such you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, a team player and customer focused. We’re also looking for:
- Confidence talking to and influencing people both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
- Good time management skills and computer savvy.
- Desire to learn, grow and become established long term in the business.
