About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Frame & Truss Fabricator to join our team in Te Rapa. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling timber frames and trusses to meet customer specifications, ensuring both quality craftsmanship and efficiency. The ideal candidate will hold a current Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) qualification and have a solid understanding of the building industry. You will be working both in the factory to produce frames and trusses, as well as out on-site to correct any manufacturing errors.


What You'll Be Doing:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber components
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
• Fixing production errors on-site as needed and assisting in the factory with frame and truss production

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified builder with a current LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner)
• Previous experience in frame and truss fabrication (preferred but not required)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
