Job Description

Together, with Wholesale Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to optimise warehouse and distribution processes, driving efficiency and seamless logistics performance.

About the Role

This is a key role in the organisation, responsible for enhancing operational workflows and driving efficiency across the supply chain. Based at the Warehouse/Distribution Centre in Grenada, you will implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure smooth logistics operations while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound freight.
  • Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution to improve productivity.
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards while ensuring operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage key staff members
  • Balance hands-on operational management with strategic oversight to align logistics functions with business objectives.


About You

  • You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to refine processes and enhance performance.
  • Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and change management.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on leadership.
  • Experience managing teams in an operational environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and senior leadership.
  • Industry experience in eCommerce, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
