Permanent Full-time opportunity, based at Mercy Radiology, Ascot Park Greenlane
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (start time may vary)
Mercy Radiology is the leading provider of diagnostic imaging services with multiple sites across wider Auckland and we're looking for a Customer Care Consultant for our busy call centre in Greenlane.
As a customer care consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, taking up to 40-50 calls per day in this busy but super interesting and varied role.
You will be well supported by your Team Leader and receive all the necessary training to confidently respond to the needs of our patients and healthcare partners. You will be naturally friendly and outgoing and have the composure that comes with a solid background in customer service.
Main duties of this role are to:
Facilitate patient appointment bookings for scans and procedures
Ensure patients have the info they need in preparation for their appointment
Deal with enquiries & requirements from our referrers
Provide general admin support e.g. preparing quotes, sourcing information, entering invoice and contract details
Our ideal candidate will have:
Solid customer service experience ideally in a contact centre environment
A friendly, clear and confident telephone manner
Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
A caring and respectful attitude and a genuine interest in healthcare & wellbeing
