Job Description

Madison Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to an innovative and influential CEO. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you’ll be the right hand to a visionary leader, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently.

About the role:

You’ll be the CEO’s go-to person, managing their schedule, communications, and key projects. This role demands a sharp, proactive, and highly organised EA who can anticipate needs, handle confidential matters with discretion, and thrive in a high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary and email management, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation
  • Coordinating meetings, board papers, and key reports
  • Managing travel, expenses, and logistics
  • Acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic projects and providing high-level administrative assistance


About you:

  • Proven experience as an EA at C-suite level
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism
