Are you passionate about nature and customer service? Join a thriving plant nursery where you’ll combine customer care with hands-on stock support. This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity, running from Tuesday 29th April to Friday 26th September 2025 — two positions available!
What you’ll do:
Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
Assist with plant stock control, ensuring accurate records and organisation.
Support daily nursery operations, including physical tasks outdoors.
Manage priorities, keeping tasks organised and running smoothly.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills – previous retail experience essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and stock control systems.
Full, current driver’s licence required.
What you’ll need:
Wet weather gear (trousers and rain jacket).
Steel toe-capped boots and work gloves.
Plain, dark trousers and thermal clothing if preferred.
