About the Role
As our Night Manager in Wellington, you'll be the friendly face and guiding hand ensuring a smooth and safe night for our guests. You'll be responsible for overseeing the hostel's operations during the evening and overnight hours, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring the security and well-being of our Manuhiri (guests). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
The Role Will Involve
- Overseeing the hostel's operations during the evening and overnight shifts. π
- Welcoming guests, checking them in, and providing information about the hostel and local area.
- Maintaining the security and safety of the hostel and its guests. π

- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas. π§Ή
- Completing daily reports and other administrative tasks. π
- Handling cash transactions and balancing the till. π°
