We are looking for an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Conflicts Analyst to become an integral part of our AML Compliance Team. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. As an AML & Conflicts Analyst at Dentons Kensington Swan, you will have an administrative responsibility for opening matters for the firm, your key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for conflicts (both local and global) and AML compliance, to ensure the Firm’s compliance with the Anit-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing of Terrorism Act 2009, Lawyers and Conveyancers Act Rules 2008, and Dentons Global policies.



To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 4 – 5 years’ experience working within a professional services firm, including onboarding new clients and training new users.
  • 4 – 5 years’ experience working within a document management system, preferably iManage.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of AML compliance and regulatory framework.
  • Proven experience with project management, such as design, implementation and hyper care of a technology platform.
  • Intermediate MS Office suite skills, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for managing files
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent file management skills.
  • Robust administrative skills.
  • High standards of professionalism, including communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
