FMG’s National Advice & Service Centre is an award-winning team that consistently exceeds client expectations and delivers world-class service daily. We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join us as Insurance Consultants.

Role Overview: As an Insurance Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all New Business enquiries through the 0800 number, handling either Lifestyle, Residential, or Equine clients. Your role is pivotal within the centre. Our centre operates from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

About You: We are seeking an energetic and flexible individual with a strong sales background, particularly in acquisition. You should be ready to hit the ground running and excel in your role.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Be able to think on your feet.
  • Be willing to learn and able to retain complex information.
  • Confidently navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Most importantly, have a never-ending commitment to the client and a drive to provide outstanding service in every call.


Application Details:

  • Applications close at 5pm, Sunday 9th March 2025. Applications will not be considered without a completed application form.
  • Our centre operates from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday with scheduled shifts spread across five days. We are looking for afternoon availability from 12pm, Monday to Friday and availability on a Saturday.
  • This role starts Tuesday 22nd April 2025. Please note the first four weeks will include comprehensive training, which may require daytime hours and additional work beyond the regular schedule.


We will be holding an Assessment Centre for this position on Wednesday 19th March 2025.
