As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Property and Facilities Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

This newly created role, will see you supporting the property team in managing the national AA network of both owned and leased sites, facilities, and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for employees and visitors. As the Property and Facilities Manager, you’ll oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords and contractors, and collaborating with Health & Safety and Procurement teams. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, responding to emergency maintenance requests, assisting with renovations and lease matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and monitoring service agreements. You’ll also manage budgets for facilities and maintenance, handle office inventory and furniture, and support the overall smooth operation of facilities management.

About You | Mōu

Your proven experience in property and facilities management (or a related field) along with knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and facility management best practices will be key to your success in this position. Any experience in project management and multi-site property management will also be highly regarded.

You’ll have strong communication, organizational, and budget management skills, and be comfortable with occasional travel to AA sites.
