About the role:
Led by Linda Clark and Hayden Wilson, our public law and dispute resolution team work on a wide range of complex legal, political and regulatory matters and disputes.
We have an opportunity for a litigation lawyer (Senior Solicitor/Associate) to work in our dispute resolution and public law team based in Wellington. The team comprises skilled advocates who use their experience and knowledge to resolve a diverse range of disputes.
Your day-to-day work will involve drafting documents (including correspondence, pleadings, and submissions), research, and discovery tasks. This is a client-facing role and as an Associate within the team you will have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.
Your experience/interest will include:
- litigation
- mediation
- providing sound advice
- dispute resolution
- insolvency
