I am looking for a PA superstar to join my growing business.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a fun and exciting team giving integral support to an experienced and busy real estate professional. Assisting in giving the highest standard of service to agent and clients in what can often be stressful personal circumstances.

You will be available to work 10 - 15 hours per week. There may be potential to increase to 20+ hours over time.

You will be required to communicate with other professionals including solicitors and clients from time to time. You will also assist in running a communication and customer care program with database management and client interaction, usually via text or email but sometimes via telephone so a good telephone manner is a requirement.

Some knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in graphic design would be helpful as would:

  • A good knowledge and understanding of all forms of social media
  • Experience with Canva, Microsoft Publisher or Photoshop
  • Excellent IT skills - be confident navigating your way around various IT programs
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly - hitting the ground running


Attitude is vital as real estate sales and our office environment is fast paced and often pressured with tight deadlines and minimum room for error, so if you're a highly positive person who can bring their A game, even under pressure, you'll fit right in.

This role is based at our Ferrymead office and is available on a contract basis with some flexibility or as an employee. Please specify which you would prefer in your application.
