We’re one of the largest beverage manufacturing companies in New Zealand and partner of choice for some of the world’s leading brands. Our huge portfolio includes drinks for every occasion, including much-loved brands such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, Pump, Keri Juice, Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Barista Brothers, and many more!
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Learning & Development Consultant (what we call a Capability Consultant) to join our awesome People & Culture team. This is a permanent role where you’ll be working closely with our Supply Chain teams - think manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and everything in between - helping them build the skills and confidence they need to do their best work. Supply Chain is at the heart of what we do as a business!
You’ll be the go-to person for learning in these teams: partnering with people on site to figure out what support they need, shaping and delivering practical training programmes (both face-to-face and online), and bringing existing learning to life from our global centre of excellence. You might also dip into broader L&D work across the business; like onboarding new starters, supporting leadership development, and helping shape the learning culture generally.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Building strong relationships with our Supply Chain teams, asking questions, listening, and understanding their learning needs
- Designing and delivering learning experiences that really work - sometimes adapting global programmes, sometimes creating something new from scratch.
- Facilitating in-person workshops and online training sessions that are engaging, practical, and tailored to your audience, whether for frontline teams or senior leaders. We use external providers where appropriate.
- Project managing the delivery of our global learning frameworks: this will involve working with the global learning team, auditing content with local leaders to ensure relevance to our NZ team and working through a successful launch where everyone knows what is expected of them.
- Owning and running a variety of learning programmes, from site inductions to leadership development.
- Jumping into other People & Culture initiatives, like DEI or employee engagement projects, when needed.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is curious, creative, and people focused. You genuinely love helping people learn and grow! You will also have:
- Strong experience working in L&D or a similar capability-building space – ideally you have worked with operational or technical teams before, and you understand adult learning principles.
- Strong stakeholder skills: you’re great at building trust and influencing others, and you’re comfortable working with a mix of roles and personalities.
- Confident facilitation skills: you’re a natural communicator and presenter, and you know how to hold a room and make learning fun.
- A love of variety: Every day is different, and you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- You are interested in working with people in a practical environment and happy to spend time on site to understand their needs.
- Technical or coaching qualifications are an advantage, as is experience with profiling or feedback tools such as DiSC/Insights/Gallup

We are part of a much larger Learning team globally, as well as a talented and practical P&C team here in NZ.
We are exceptionally proud to be recognised as an NZ Best Employer several years in a row! If you ask our team what they love about working here, they'll tell you it's our people, our brands, and our culture.
