Job Description

Premier Sports Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our high-performance sports training and recovery equipment. This role is fully commission-based, offering complete flexibility with no fixed hours.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, conducting product presentations, and closing sales. Your key focus will be sports facilities, schools, physiotherapy clinics, clubs, and teams looking to enhance their training and recovery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers, including sports teams, clubs, training facilities, schools, and physiotherapy clinics.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our high-performance equipment and present tailored sales solutions.



Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and sales meetings to showcase product value.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and potential future purchases.


Sales Pitch & Closing Deals:

  • Present product features, pricing options, and flexible financing plans to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Effectively communicate the return on investment (ROI) for sports facilities, clubs, and physiotherapy clinics.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate pricing and terms to finalise sales agreements.


Managing the Sales Process:

  • Track all leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in an organised manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, proposals, and quotes.
  • Work closely with the Premier Sports Equipment team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or sports industry sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently pitch products and close deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: This is an independent role requiring discipline and drive to succeed.
  • Passion for Sports & Recovery Technology: Understanding of sports training or physiotherapy is an advantage.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle objections, follow up effectively, and push deals to completion.

This position is 100% commission-based, meaning your earnings are directly tied to your performance. We offer:
