Job Description

Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Finance Administrator for 32 hours per week to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, where your skills in data reconciliation, maintaining pricing and COGS templates, and managing sales order shipment statuses will be highly valued. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with international master data and contribute significantly to the company's financial operations.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing debit notes, reconciling sales order shipment statuses for multiple international business units. You will also be responsible for maintaining the latest Pricing and COGS templates for these regions. Your role will involve maintaining International Master Data (Customer/Product) and performing data reconciliation using Power BI and other Master Data.

  • Processing Asia Debit Notes
  • Reconciling multplie international business units Sales Order Shipment Status
  • Maintaining the latest Pricing and COGS template
  • Maintaining International Master Data (Customer/Product)
  • Performing Data Reconciliation (Power BI and other Master Data)
  • Managing LATAC Payments, Credits, SAP Templates & Reporting

The ideal candidate for this Finance Administrator position brings strong numerical skills and previous experience in finance administration. Your proficiency in data reconciliation will be key to your success in this role. You should have knowledge of maintaining Pricing and COGS templates and managing sales order shipment statuses. Experience with International Master Data (Customer/Product) is advantageous.
