Qualified Carpenter

Tradestaff Christchurch is excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled carpenter to join our team, with a focus on residental projects!
You’ll be working on a wide variety of projects allowing for career growth.


About the Role

  • Must hold a Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry or Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) status.
  • Residential carpentry experience, a track record of working on new builds and renovations within the residential sector is essential.
  • You’ll need your own carpentry tools and dependable transport.
  • Must be able to provide 2 working references from previous carpentry positions to verify your experience and skill.
  • Strong communication skills required for this role as well as the commitment to being a team player.

What You'll Bring?

  • Proven experience in residential carpentry, particularly on renovations.
  • NZ Trade Certificate and/or LBP certification.
  • Reliable transport and full toolkit.
  • Strong understanding of NZ building codes.
  • A good attitude and a ready to get stuck in mindset!
  • The ability to pass a drug and alchol test.
