Christchurch Powder Coaters has been an industry leader in the high performance coatings space for over 35 years.
Due to company growth and larger facilities, we are hiring additional staff. We have an opportunity available for a Pre-Treatment Specialist for Aluminium Treatment in one of the largest Powder Coating Plants in the South Island.
We supply services to the largest companies in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We are licensed applicators of a range of high performance coatings and composite materials and are involved in some very high profiled applications.
You'll be responsible for unpacking incoming orders of product and build the loads as per the customer orders provided as well as operating the overhead crane to move these loads through the pre-treatment plant to make ready for powder coating.
Preference will be given to those that have worked in the industry and understand the process of pre-treatment, however training can be provided for the right candidate. An overhead gantry crane certification is ideal.
As you'll be working in a high energy, fast paced environment - you'll need a good level of physical fitness and a motivated, can-do attitude.
