Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of the team providing key product management support for all the insurance products Westpac has for our customers.
Day to day you’ll focus on the customer experience through engaging with our strategic partners to influence the end-to-end aspects of delivery of products including planning, customer collateral, digital improvement, project planning, stakeholder management, disclosure document reviews and various regulatory reporting requirements.
You will be the day-to-day relationship manager for our partners, monitoring service level metrics to ensure the health of the portfolio including complaints and working collaboratively to deliver good customer outcomes.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- 3+ years’ previous experience in a product management role.
- Specific insurance product knowledge would be highly valued.
- Proven innovation management skills, with the ability to bring creative ideas of others to life.
- Understanding of end-to-end delivery of product through omni channels.
- Experience in a large, customer service-based organisation in a highly competitive market.
- Experience with pricing adjustments and remediation programmes an advantage.
- Experience in stakeholder management with an external provider.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
