We are looking for a creative marketing professional, who can come into the business, hit the ground running, and support the Directors efficiently to promote Arotahi Agribusiness as a boutique professional services business, and its transaction clients agricultural and forestry properties to prospective purchasers.
About the Business! Arotahi provides real estate transaction, valuation and advisory services to owners of agribusiness properties throughout Aotearoa New Zealand. Established in 2020, we have been energised by the freedom and focus afforded by being owner-operators and the ability to align our skills and working style to suit our desired lifestyles, at the same time as delivering excellent service to our clients.
About the role It will be your responsibility to coordinate and support all things marketing.
Establishing marketing budgets and providing additional sales support.
Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
Gather market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns through tracking and analysis, gain insight and assess against goals to optimise accordingly.
Creating marketing campaigns tailored to the relevant customer audience
Creating bespoke property Information Memoranda and proposals
Updating brand guidelines, and project specific concepts.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns that aim at communicating the brand message.
Building brand awareness externally and increasing brand value.
Marketing administration as required.
What we are looking for from you?
You must have at least 2 years experience within a marketing role and have high potential to keep growing your skills and career

Ideally you have an outgoing personality, and you enjoy working within a team
Strong interpersonal skills, natural curiosity and relationship building ability
An understanding of the importance of company values and an ability to align this with marketing
Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft office, Mailchimp, Property Suite or OSL or other tools. Ideally you have worked with social media platforms including social targeting advertising and campaign creation
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, within a high performing team.
Deadline driven
Have an affinity or interest in the broader agricultural or real estate industries (including watching Country Calendar);
A marketing qualification is preferred
