Job Description

We are looking for reliable Administration Support Officer for a 3 month temporary role, with the potential for extension. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of their health administrative function. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration and familiarity with the MedTech record system, although this is not essential.

What you'll do:

As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a key role, working as a team to ensure the seamless operation of our client's health administrative function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include scanning documents into the MedTech system, managing email requests, and maintaining medical notes. Although there is no medical note typing involved, you will need to be comfortable scanning and printing these notes for pick-up. There may also be some purchasing tasks through SAP. Working alongside the Booking Officer, you may also provide additional support where needed.

  • Scanning documents into the MedTech system
  • Managing email requests efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining the upkeep of medical notes through filing and scanning
  • Comfortably handling the scanning and printing of medical notes for pick-up
  • Possibly undertaking some purchasing through SAP
  • Providing back up support to the Booking Officer as needed


What you bring:

Proven administration experience, ideally within a medical setting and familiarity with the MedTech record system would be highly beneficial, but is not essential. You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage email requests efficiently and handle medical notes confidently. Experience with SAP would also be advantageous. Above all, you will be a team player who can step in and provide support where needed.
