Prabhavati Devi – Soham Ashram [PDS Ashram] a NZ registered charity & Exquisite Properties Ltd “EXQ” the rental properties are the main entities of our Portfolio.

Under the umbrella of “Shri Vardavinayak foundation Trust - SVFT” there are few entities: including Prabhavati Devi – Soham Ashram [PDS Ashram] and few other Residential & Commercial Rental properties companies supporting to PDS Ashram.

Being honored with registered Charity status by 'Internal Affairs the Charity Services NZ' we now take more responsibility to serve the communities. We are looking for motivated multi skill candidates to work freely on own space to take Charitable activities & supporting companies the rental activities to next level.

We are looking for Events & charity activities manager for “PDS Ashram” and we are also expanding into Property Management activates which start with looking after management of our existing portfolio and eventually expanding into proper Property Management company helping all other NZ landlords managing their properties. The knowledge, understanding and the current experience of Property Management will have advantage.

However we are flexible and open to candidates who are experience & confident to look after either

• Only Events charity activities manager
• OR only Property Management activity.

These positions are commission base: all the support & infra structure will be provided by us and net profit will be shared 50% to candidate and rest 50% will go to charity ‘PDS Ashram’.
