Partners Life is looking for an Event & Sponsorship Manager to lead the charge in planning, executing, and evaluating corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships that leave a lasting impact.

The role

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive and energetic marketing team, and you will drive engagement through unforgettable events that embody the brand’s core values.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, you’ll take ownership of a robust event program designed to strengthen relationships with their distribution partners and target audiences. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where 80% of your focus will be on events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Design and deliver unique, high-profile events, from corporate roadshows to major product launches and conferences. Collaborate with key stakeholders and manage end-to-end event logistics with their trusted vendors.
  • Sponsorship Management: Oversee sponsorship deliverables with their partners, ensuring contractual compliance and maximising ROI.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with vendors and distribution partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.

About you

You’re a charismatic, and energetic event manager who knows how to juggle priorities with a smile. You love taking ownership of big or small projects, collaborating across teams, and thinking outside the box for event ideas that wow your audience. You have a natural flair for stakeholder and vendor management and understand the unique demands of a B2B-focused environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in large-scale event management (5+ years).
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide supporting the events.
  • Ideally, leadership experience for future growth of the team.
  • Your event management will be B2B and ideally from the financial services industry, or alternatively industries with channel partners.
