Your Role
We are seeking skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Consultants with expertise in either Functional or Technical domains. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce implementations, leveraging OmniStudio and other tools within the Salesforce Industries ecosystem. Whether you're passionate about business process design or technical architecture, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Functional Consultant, you will:
- Conduct client-facing workshops using design thinking and structured workshop methods.
- Analyze business requirements and develop user stories.
- Design business processes and functional solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Configure and test declarative features like Flows, Validation Rules, OmniStudio, and more.
- Present solutions to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
As a Technical Consultant, you will:
- Design, implement, and support Salesforce OmniStudio solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and define best practices for development.
- Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with solution architects and project teams to drive technical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Salesforce OmniStudio, including Data Raptors, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
- Expertise in either functional consulting (business process design, requirement gathering) or technical development (custom coding, integrations).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications relevant to OmniStudio, Salesforce Industries, or the Salesforce Platform preferred.
