Divine Property is a boutique property management agency that offers long term residential leasing, holiday house management and home concierge services.
We are currently looking for a Part Time Holiday Home Checker to join our team. This role will involve working Saturday and Sunday, with the potential for more hours during the week as needed to cover leave, sickness, or busy days etc.
The role is varied and involves hands-on property inspections in the field, working effectively with our amazing clients and administration.
Ideally you will have proven Property Management experience, as well as the ability to be comfortable working in a high energy, multitasking position.
You'll also need:
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work weekends (+ ideally be available to cover extra shifts during the week if needed)
Reliability and the ability to work independently
A can-do attitude with a positive approach to problem solving
Plenty of initiative and self-motivation to support the growth of the business
Great communication and organisational skills
A full NZ, clean driver's licence
