Organisation & Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a dynamic government organisation on a contract basis. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions, with a focus on integration, automation, and DevOps practices. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will design secure integration solutions, lead process automation, promote DevOps practices, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results. You'll maintain architecture standards, recommend tools to enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with government security policies.

There will be opportunities across this role to coach and mentor fellow team members in order to build out capability across the practice and organisation.

K ey Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in integration, automation, and DevOps projects.
  • Hands-on expertise, Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to multiple architecture domains including cloud architectures, particularly within Azure environments.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and containerisation practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and working with ticketing systems, including handling issue tracking, task management, and workflow optimisation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor engagement.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working within government or complex organisations along with previous HRIS or payroll experience.
