DX Mail is looking for an exceptional performer who will be leading the DX Christchurch Postal Delivery Network performed with motorbikes.

Reporting to the Christchurch Operations Manager, this role will ensure the efficient and smooth operating of our Postal Delivery Network.

You will organise daily delivery of customer product and support with self-delivery, recommend and help establish new delivery runs ensuring profitable delivery KPI’s and assist with training and fleet management.

This full time role 6.00am start will maintain a strong continued focus on Health & Safety compliance.

Proven experience with leadership and computer competency is essential. Additional development within the business is preferred.

You as an ideal applicant will:

  • Hold a current and clean FULL class 1 NZ car licence
  • Ability to lead and drive process improvement
  • Show initiative and problem solving skills
  • Organisational and delegation skills
  • Displays a ‘hands on’ attitude in a busy environment
  • Have experience in managing operational KPI’s and volume fluctuations
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
