Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and addressing their needs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating the forklift and performing other tasks.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating a forklift and licence
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Can use a computer/technolgy for data entry - Outwards/Inwards goods
  • Some general lifting required
