Christchurch Powder Coaters has been an industry leader in the high performance coatings space for over 35 years.

Due to company growth and larger facilities, we require an Experienced Powder Coater to join the team within one of the largest powder coating plants in the South Island.

You'll be responsible for applying powder coatings with the skill expected of an industry professional, to produce and deliver quality powder coating outcomes to the customers of the company. Our successful candidate must have experience in handling and preparing aluminium extrusion and other metals ready to be powder coated.

You'll also need:

  • 12+ months experience in Powder Coating
  • An ability to lead a powder line with effective time management skills
  • Maintain and develop best practices to ensure the company can operate in the most efficient manner
  • A willingness to carryout over time when required
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Capable of working quickly and efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining quality outcomes
  • Able to follow instructions from the General Manager
  • To be highly motivated, reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
