About the Role:

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will be part of a friendly, professional team, and here's what you'll do:

  • Schedule Service & Repair Appointments: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in booking customer appointments.
  • Handle Customer Calls: Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries with a friendly, clear, and professional tone.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
  • Record Data Accurately: Maintain customer records and ensure data integrity.


What We're Looking For:

  • Call Centre Experience: Experience in a call centre environment is an advantage, especially taking a high volume of phone calls.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: You excel in resolving customer issues with strong attention to detail.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in English: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday - Friday, with rostered Saturdays.
