About the Role
As our business growth story continues, we are seeking three experienced Digital Delivery Managers to lead the planning and delivery of digital initiatives across our three core business value streams:
- Village Operations (Operate) - delivering operational, clinical and people related digital and data initiatives
- Property Development (Build) - delivering technology requirements for property development projects and property related digital and data initiatives
- Sales (Sell) - delivering CRM, sales, marketing and finance related digital and data initiatives
Reporting to the CIO, you will work collaboratively with business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritise work, and manage the successful implementation of solutions that enhance resident experiences, support our staff, and drive business value. These positions combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery leadership, where you'll lead 'small' cross-functional digital teams while maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
Based in our Newmarket Support Office, we support a hybrid working model where you will have the flexibility to balance your work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritise value-adding digital & IT opportunities
- Lead the planning and delivery of multiple digital or IT initiatives from conception to implementation
- Lead cross-functional digital delivery teams and partners using agile and traditional delivery methods as appropriate
- Provide hands-on project management while balancing strategic business relationship management
- Actively contribute to the leadership group to create and maintain a vibrant and high-performing digital team of ~30-35 professionals
- Manage external partner relationships to augment internal capabilities and ensure successful delivery
About You
You'll bring at least 5-7 years of digital delivery or senior project management experience, with strong skills in executing and delivering value from digital and IT initiatives in one or more of the value streams outlined above. You are:
- A confident communicator who can engage effectively with executive stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing strategic business partnership with hands-on delivery management
- Experienced in leading engaged and high-performing digital teams
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a relatively small but dynamic digital environment
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in a growth-focused organisation
