As a Service and Sales Specialist based within our National Contact Centre in Mt Wellington, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience across phone, email, LiveChat, and other digital platforms. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products, all while maintaining our commitment to exceptional service.
Your Impact
- Customer Engagement: Achieve service level objectives by managing your availability and ensuring prompt responses to customer inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions in line with our service agreements.
- Feedback Promotion: Encourage participation in post-call surveys to gather insights and improve customer experience.
- Sales Support: Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to enhance their experience.
- Accurate Data Management: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.
- Safety Commitment: Contribute to a safe workplace by adhering to health and safety practices.
About you
Key skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
- 2+ years in customer service or retail, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and effective communication
- Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and with others
